The Sage platform was created by Eyal Weinstein and Jonathan Oleinick to offer technology solutions to the often archaic real estate industry.
Through our experience as owners of Evolution Ventures (www.evolutionv.com) and Evolution Residential (www.evolutionresidential.com), two successful investment and real estate brokerage firms, we identified a number of opportunities to modernize some of the real estate the industry’s critical processes. Our goal is to address these needs in an elegant, simple and efficient manner through software development.
Prior to developing the Sage technology, the team created Scout, a complex a web- based database system for owners of retail properties.
