CANARIAS AT DOWNTOWN DORAL

Canarias at Downtown Doral is a CC Homes luxury home development in the very heart of Doral, Florida.  Evolution was brought in to elevate the sales experience to a level equal to the quality of the homes being developed.

Evolution envisioned a sales experience tailored to the exact homes being sold.  Multiple stations were created, each with a touch screen and 6-panel video wall to allow each sales presentation to be personalized, even when multiple buyers were in the sales center at once.   The presentation emphasized the location of the project and allowed agents and buyers to quickly explore the nearly 50 different home variations available.  Combining a flawless 3D interactive experience with world-class UltraReal 3D Illustrations and Animations, and spread across more than a dozen screens, Evolution created a simple, yet powerful immersive sales experience.
